Your complete happiness is very important to us at Pond & Fountain World. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchases within ten days of receipt of your products, you may return your purchases to us for a refund or exchange. Shipping on the original order is non-refundable. Pond & Fountain World will handle warranty claims for most products purchased from us "In-House", so you do not have to deal with the manufacturer.

Simply call 502-245-8575 during these hours (Mon-Sat, 9:00 AM - - 6:00 PM EST), and a customer service representative will assist you.

All warranties are limited to our choice of replacement or refund of the cost of that particular product, and excludes any consequential expenses that may have occurred as a result of the defective product.

How to return merchandise:

Within ten days of receipt of your products, call us at 502-245-8575. We will gather some basic information from you and issue a return number. Merchandise should be placed back into its original packaging for return shipment.

All returned products must be clean, include all parts and returned in original boxes for refunds to be given. If returned used, the product must be clean and in good working order. Cords must be intact. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee on some products and under certain circumstances. The average restocking fee, when there is one assessed, is 10-15%.
