We understand that many customers need help visualizing and understanding their options when considering a water feature.  Pond & Fountain World offers free design assistance for both online customers and local customers. Online Estimates For an online estimate, e-mail us an overview of your project, main goals and budget.  We will respond with examples of what products might best suit your interests and project specifications. You may also send us pictures of your area, (with approximate measurements if possible), so we can better understand your layout, dimensions, and current landscape issues.  This will asist us in making accurate and creative suggestions. You are also welcome to send us a drawing of your area via fax or mail.  In-Store Estimates We have found it most effective to start the estimate process at Pond & Fountain World. This allows us to utilize our many different displays and on-site materials to clearly demonstrate and explain concepts, options and budgets. These steps allow for maximum efficiency of your time and resources: 1.) Call or come by Pond & Fountain World to set an appointment with one of our experienced designers. We have literature and DVDs for review (if desired) prior to you appointment. 2.) If possible, bring photos or video footage of your area(s). Be sure to take them from different vantage points, (i.e. kitchen, living room, deck, etc.). 3.) Measure your area for a scale reference. Include fixed objects like house walls, sidewalks, decks, trees, gate widths etc… 4.) Meet with the designer and let the ideas flow. They will help define your options, budget priorities, and help you visualize the potential of your property. 5.) A visit to your property will be scheduled to confirm any additional project details. 6.) Pond & Fountain World will call no less than 2 days before your scheduled start date to confirm the schedule and financial estimate. We will also follow-up within 3 days of your project’s completion. At this time we will ask how the entire experience went from setting the original appointment to your satisfaction of the completed project. 7.)
