Maintenance Services

We offer a wide range of services including once-a-year cleanings, regularly scheduled maintenance, small & large pond “remodeling” projects, winterizing, and our popular Pond Profile service of documenting & advising you on your pond, in-person at your property.

The following policies are an effort to help keep our costs down without increasing hourly rates billed to customers.

1.)  All payments will be due upon completion. We will not be billing for service visits. We require credit card information (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Amex) prior to our visit. When service is completed, you have the option of paying with a check, cash, or we can charge your card. Please let us know prior to our visit if this is not possible and we can discuss some other form of prepayment.

2.)  A fuel surcharge of $5.00 per visit will be included with each visit. Whether we visit for 1 hour or 6 hours the fuel surcharge will be the same. This is simply an effort to help us cover the increasing cost of operating our vehicles.   

Hourly rates are as follows: $115 for a 2-man crew and $165 for a 3-man crew. One-way drive time is included on all service calls. We will make you aware in advance if any special equipment is needed that would carry an additional charge.

By April 1 we are usually scheduling 2+ weeks out. Please contact us ASAP to schedule any spring services so we can try to get ahead of the “spring rush”.
