Your complete happiness is very important to us at Pond & Fountain World. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchases within ten days of receipt of your products, you may return your purchases to us for a refund or exchange. Shipping on the original order is non-refundable.

Pond & Fountain World will handle warranty claims for most products purchased from us "In-House", so you do not have to deal with the manufacturer.

All warranties are limited to our choice of replacement or refund of the cost of that particular product, and excludes any consequential expenses that may have occurred as a result of the defective product.

How to return merchandise:

Within ten days of receipt of your products, Simply call 1-502-245-8575 during these hours (Mon-Sat, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST), and a customer service representative will assist you. We will gather some basic information from you and issue a return number. Merchandise should be placed back into its original packaging for return shipment.

All returned products must be clean, include all parts and returned in original boxes for refunds to be given. If returned used, the product must be clean and in good working condition. Cords must be intact. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee on some products and under certain circumstances. The average restocking fee, when there is one assessed, is 10-15%.

Unused portions of bulk items (such as pond liner, underlayment, tubing/hose, etc.) can not be returned for any reason.  Please refer to our complete Return Policy section for more details.

Gist Décor Inc. products (including pumps) are warranted for 365 days from the invoice shipping date only to the original purchaser.   All products are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship. Warranty does not cover damages that result from misuse or acts of Nature. Warranty does not cover surface cracks that form in time with concrete unless due to extreme measures. Photos must be provided for replacement or refund of money due to a manufacturer’s defect.

Gist Décor Inc. shall not be liable for incidental damages resulting from the use of the product. Except as expressly set forth above, Gist Décor Inc. makes no representations or warranties of any kind, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, including, without limitation, the warranty of merchantability or warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. 
 

Helpful Hints

Spire with Ball Fountain with Basin Helpful Hints:

Winter Care Information: Protect your fountain from small chips and cracks by draining and covering it in freezing weather. It is also recommended that the pump be brought indoors during periods of freezing weather.

Be sure to place your fountain on a solid, level foundation. Specific assembly and care instructions are included with the fountain.
